This Privacy Policy describes how Orchard Hill Holdings, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile applications, including Reprz (collectively, the "Services").
Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Account information — such as your name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Profile and fitness information — such as age, sex, height, body weight, fitness goals, and training preferences you choose to provide.
- Workout and health data — such as exercises performed, sets, reps, weights lifted, cardio sessions, and body-weight entries you log in the app.
- Communications — information you provide when you contact support.
Information collected automatically
- Usage data — such as features used, screens viewed, and interactions with the app.
- Device data — such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and general diagnostic information (e.g., crash logs).
Health app integrations
The Services do not currently connect to Apple Health or Google Health Connect / Google Fit. If a future version offers such an integration, it will be optional, we will access only the data types you authorize, and you will be able to revoke access at any time in your device settings. We do not use health data for advertising, and we do not sell it.
How We Use Information
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
- To personalize your experience, including AI-assisted coaching and training recommendations based on your logged workouts and goals;
- To respond to support requests and communicate with you about the Services;
- To monitor performance, debug issues, and keep the Services secure;
- To comply with legal obligations.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers — vendors that help us operate the Services, such as cloud hosting, analytics, and AI processing providers (currently: Render (cloud hosting), Cloudflare (storage and content delivery), Anthropic and OpenAI (AI processing), Stripe (web payments), RevenueCat (in-app purchase management), Apple and Google (app distribution and billing), Sentry (crash reporting), and PostHog (product analytics on our website)), who process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations;
- Legal requirements — when required to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy;
- With your consent — when you direct us to share information.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your Rights and Choices
- Access and update — you can view and update your profile information in the app.
- Deletion — you can delete your account and associated data at any time. See our account deletion page for instructions.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law (such as the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data). To exercise these rights, contact us at support@reprz.com.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
International Users
The Services are operated from the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated through the Services.
