Delete Your Account and Data

This page explains how to delete your Reprz account and the data associated with it.

Delete From Within the App

1. Open Reprz and sign in.
2. Go to Profile → Legal & support.
3. Tap Delete my account (you'll confirm with your password) and confirm.

Request Deletion by Email

If you can't access the app, email support@reprz.com from the email address associated with your account with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will verify your identity and process the request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we delete the personal data associated with it, including:

• Account and profile information (name, email, profile details);
• Workout logs, training history, and personal records;
• Body-weight entries and fitness goals;
• AI coaching history and preferences.

What May Be Retained

We may retain limited data where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as records of transactions, or de-identified analytics data that can no longer be linked to you). Transaction records are kept for as long as applicable law requires; residual copies in routine encrypted backups expire within 30 days. Subscriptions billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play must be canceled separately through Apple or Google — deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription.
